📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing customer inquiries and support requests using our CRM system, Salesforce.
• Help develop and implement customer experience improvement strategies.
• Support the team in organizing and attending client meetings and events.
• Assist in creating and maintaining customer-facing documents and materials.
• Conduct research on customer feedback and market trends to inform our strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our customer communication campaigns.
• Participate in team projects and contribute to the overall success of our customer experience initiatives.
• Learn and apply best practices in customer relationship management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
