📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Enter and verify financial data from various sources into our accounting software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and organize financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve any discrepancies or errors in financial data.
• Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Support the accounting team in the preparation of tax returns and financial filings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial data management.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial data entry or a related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP, is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and practices is preferred.
