As a Credit Channeling Officer, you will be responsible for managing and processing credit applications, verifying customer information, and ensuring compliance with our company's policies and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process credit applications from various sources, including online and offline channels.
• Verify customer information and assess creditworthiness using our in-house credit scoring system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that credit products are distributed to the right customers.
• Monitor credit limits and ensure that they are used responsibly.
• Ensure compliance with our company's policies and regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with our clients.
• Generate regular reports on credit distribution and performance.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit distribution or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of credit scoring and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with the auction industry is a plus.
• Must be willing to travel to different locations within North Sumatra.
