📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 3-5 years of experience in client experience, customer service, or a related field.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and Google Workspace.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Certification in customer service or client experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
