📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms and public areas, including vacuuming, dusting, and making beds.
• Handle linen changes and laundry services, ensuring a consistent supply of fresh linens.
• Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness in all areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and soap in guest rooms and public areas.
• Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping supervisor to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
• Follow and enforce company policies and procedures related to housekeeping.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related role.
• Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment, including vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, and mops.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
