📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Conduct regular stock opname (inventory audits) to ensure stock accuracy.
• Record and reconcile all financial transactions promptly and accurately.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support the finance team with data entry and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Maintain and update financial documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for financial recording and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) is a plus.
