📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Lead and manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Oversee employee training and development programs.
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand their needs and provide HR support.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Human Resources Development.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and related software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
