📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement personalized intervention plans using ECIP and IFSP.
• Conduct assessments to identify children's developmental strengths and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for children.
• Provide one-on-one and group interventions, including speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments to intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and interventions.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for all children.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children aged 0-8 years.
• Certification in Early Intervention (e.g., ECIP, IFSP) or a related field.
• Knowledge of developmental milestones and assessment tools.
• Experience with speech, occupational, and physical therapy techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
• Valid teaching or early intervention license/permit.
