In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training plans.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned in their work.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Maintain accurate records of all training activities and participant progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations within the company as needed.
