R&A Commercial Vehicles is seeking a dedicated and experienced Stock Yard Supervisor to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation of our stock yard, ensuring that all vehicles are stored, maintained, and transported according to company standards and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the stock yard, ensuring that all vehicles are stored, maintained, and transported according to company standards and regulations.,Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure that vehicles are moved efficiently and effectively between different locations.,Inspect vehicles for damage or defects, and document any issues in the company's system.,Ensure that the stock yard is clean, organized, and safe at all times, and that all safety protocols are followed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all vehicles in the stock yard, including their location, condition, and history.,Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure that vehicles are moved and stored in a timely and cost-effective manner.,Provide training and support to junior staff members as needed.,Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, and that any issues or concerns are reported and addressed in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry.,Strong knowledge of automotive industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of staff members.,Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management and logistics systems.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
