📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage tax dispute cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws.,Conduct thorough research and analysis of tax disputes to identify legal and fiscal issues.,Develop and implement strategies to resolve tax disputes, including negotiation, litigation, and administrative appeals.,Prepare and present legal arguments and evidence in court or before tax authorities.,Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and support throughout the dispute resolution process.,Stay updated with the latest developments in tax law and regulations, and apply this knowledge to improve dispute resolution strategies.,Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, accounting, and financial advisors, to ensure comprehensive and effective dispute resolution.,Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of tax disputes, providing regular updates to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax dispute resolution, with a strong focus on achieving favorable outcomes.,In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including the Tax Amnesty Law and other relevant legislation.,Strong legal and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct thorough research and analysis.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.,Experience in handling high-profile or complex tax disputes is a plus.,Familiarity with tax dispute resolution procedures and practices in other jurisdictions is beneficial.
