📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards,Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards,Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports,Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices,Mentor and train junior engineers and staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity,Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, and standards,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools,Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Valid professional engineer license (SIP) or equivalent,Familiarity with construction management and project management principles
