Stripe is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Enterprise Platforms team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and leading a team of sales representatives. This is a Tier 1 Grower role, offering significant growth potential and a competitive compensation package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities within the Enterprise Platforms segment.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and referrals.,Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional customer service.,Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and market share.,Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects to support Stripe's overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a technology or financial services company.,Deep understanding of the Enterprise Platforms market, including key players, trends, and customer needs.,Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of sales professionals.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.,Familiarity with Stripe's products and services is a plus.
