📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to recruitment team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and local labor laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
