📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.,Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).,Create and manage social media content for our brand, including posts, graphics, and videos.,Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.,Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.,Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and improve conversion rates.,Provide regular reports and recommendations to the marketing team and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a remote setting.,Proven experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).,Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of trends.,Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
