📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring manager.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and labor laws.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.,Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
