📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong employer brand and represent the company as a great place to work.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.
