📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned section, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve section performance and efficiency.,Lead and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor and analyze section performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Represent the section in meetings with stakeholders and external partners.,Identify training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the insurance industry.,Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting, and claims processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Familiarity with insurance software and systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian insurance laws and regulations.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
