📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management.,Coordinate with external auditors and accountants as needed.,Manage the payroll and benefits administration for the organization.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related role.,Proven track record of managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
