📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the drilling database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Update and input drilling data from various sources, including field reports and equipment logs.
• Use software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Access, or similar database management systems to organize and analyze drilling data.
• Collaborate with drilling teams to ensure all data is captured and recorded accurately.
• Develop and implement data management procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Generate reports and analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Monitor and maintain data quality, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors.
• Provide training and support to drilling teams on data management best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in drilling database management or a similar role in the mining industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Access, or similar database management software.
• Strong understanding of drilling operations and data management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Certification in data management or a related field is a plus.
