📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve set targets.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support of company goals.,Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Represent the department in meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise within the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
