📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.,Work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Fluency in English is a plus.
