📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the commis chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Prepare ingredients and ensure they are fresh and properly stored.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Assist in stock management and ensure all ingredients are available and properly used.,Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and follow instructions from the head chef.,Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and served promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as an assistant chef or commis chef.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
