📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients.,Prepare food for events and special occasions.,Assist in training new staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Assist in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
