📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth business processes.,Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive growth and achieve targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and training to enhance performance.,Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and provide regular reports to the Branch Manager.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to promote products and services.,Participate in branch meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in sales or marketing.,Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
