📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Oversee inventory management and restocking to maintain optimal product availability.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Train and supervise store staff to maintain high levels of customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to travel within the region for business purposes.
