📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the talent pool by sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for our projects.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and interview results.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating with HR departments.,Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment processes.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to improve our processes and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Experience in managing and developing talent pools is a plus.
