Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with the company's business objectives and market conditions.Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure the company's pricing is competitive and profitable.Monitor and report on pricing performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to ensure pricing is consistent and aligned with the company's products and services.Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support the pricing process.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff to ensure the company's pricing standards are met.Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure the company's pricing is compliant and competitive.Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and network with key stakeholders.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, preferably in the insurance industry.Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting, and risk management.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.🛠️ Keahlian
