📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and computer systems.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain the security of the company's IT systems, including implementing and updating security protocols.,Oversee the installation and configuration of new software and hardware, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.,Conduct regular backups of critical data and systems to prevent data loss.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the company's IT infrastructure.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT systems meet the needs of the business.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant industry.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and computer systems.,Experience with IT security protocols and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees from various departments.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with common IT software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management software.
