As a Payroll Analyst, you'll work closely with our HR team to ensure that payroll processing is accurate, timely, and compliant with local regulations. You'll use industry-leading tools like ADP Workforce Now, QuickBooks Payroll, and Paychex to manage payroll data, process payments, and generate reports.

In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including data entry, payroll processing, and reporting. You'll work closely with our HR team to ensure that payroll processing is accurate, timely, and compliant with local regulations. You'll also be responsible for training and supporting our employees on payroll-related matters.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process payroll for a global workforce using ADP Workforce Now, QuickBooks Payroll, and Paychex.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and other benefits.
• Manage payroll data and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Generate and analyze payroll reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Train and support employees on payroll-related matters.
• Work closely with the HR team to ensure payroll processing is accurate, timely, and compliant.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees and managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now, QuickBooks Payroll, and Paychex.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
