📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and other desserts.,Create and develop new pastry recipes to meet customer preferences and seasonal trends.,Ensure high-quality ingredients and proper storage to maintain food safety standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to ensure availability for daily operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating innovative and delicious pastries.,Knowledge of various pastry techniques and equipment.,Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with local and international food trends.,Possession of a relevant culinary certificate or diploma is a plus.
