📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts according to recipes and standards.,Ensure the quality and freshness of pastries by following proper storage and handling procedures.,Assist in the development of new pastry recipes and menu items.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and ingredients.,Follow all health and safety guidelines to prevent foodborne illnesses.,Work efficiently to meet production deadlines and customer demands.,Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making.,Train and mentor junior staff members in pastry preparation techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of pastry making techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.,Creative and innovative approach to pastry making.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
