As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs, mentoring staff, and ensuring the success of our culinary and hospitality initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to staff on a variety of topics including culinary techniques, customer service, and operational procedures.,Mentor and coach staff members to help them reach their full potential and contribute to the success of the team.,Ensure that all staff members are aware of and comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new initiatives and programs.,Maintain a positive and supportive work environment that fosters teamwork and professional growth.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the training programs are relevant and effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a teaching or training role within the culinary or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and mentor staff members.,Proven ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.,Familiarity with the Indonesian culinary culture and traditions is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
