Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our business goals,Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels,Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the effectiveness of our strategies,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions,Manage and grow our social media presence through targeted advertising and influencer partnerships,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing,Report on social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing,Proven track record of success in developing and implementing social media strategies,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar,Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva
