📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet quarterly targets.,Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.,Provide insurance solutions and product knowledge to clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Manage the sales pipeline and track performance metrics.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals.,Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your professional network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
