In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify key skills needed.,Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with potential candidates.,Provide administrative support during the onboarding process for new hires.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
