📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth business processes.
• Analyze operational data using SAP and other relevant software to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Facilitate communication between Indonesian and international teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of operational reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of quality management systems in compliance with international standards.
• Provide training and guidance to operational staff on best practices and new processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the mining or manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related operations management discipline is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
